LIFELONG LEARNING
At Hilbert College, we believe learning is a lifelong journey. Whether in the classroom or beyond, we support students and graduates as they grow personally and professionally. Our programs foster curiosity, critical thinking, and adaptability, skills that matter in today’s changing world. Through continuing education, alumni connections, and a commitment to new ideas, we help our community keep learning and make a positive impact.
COURSE AUDIT
Courses may be audited with the payment of the audit fee of $320. Auditors receive neither credit nor grades. High demand classes or classes that take place in computer labs cannot be registered for until the end of the drop/add period for the semester to ensure matriculated students are able to register.
To audit a class, contact the Director of Lifelong Learning.
DUAL ENROLLMENT
Our Dual Enrollment Program creates an exceptional pathway for motivated high school students to accelerate their academic journey. Through partnerships with local schools, students can take genuine Hilbert College courses right in their familiar high school environment at significantly reduced costs. This program allows students to simultaneously earn high school graduation requirements and college credits during their regular school schedule. Participants gain invaluable exposure to college-level academic rigor, discover new areas of interest, and build confidence for their future higher education experience. All earned credits seamlessly apply toward Hilbert College degrees and readily transfer to other accredited institutions, providing maximum flexibility for students' educational plans.
NON-MATRICULATED STUDENTS
Students who wish to enroll in courses to supplement professional backgrounds or to enrich their personal lives, but who do not plan to matriculate for a degree, enroll as non-matriculated students. Non-matriculated students must meet all academic standards for enrollment in courses including prerequisite and GPA requirements. Applicants should contact the Director for Lifelong Learning for an application and to register for courses. Non-matriculated students whose performance is below acceptable standards will not be permitted to continue to enroll in courses.
