ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The AAS degree in Business Administration provides the two-year student with introductory business and liberal arts courses in preparation for an entry-level business position or for enrollment in a related baccalaureate degree, an increasingly necessary level of education for job seekers. A student who completes Hilbert’s AAS in Business Administration may continue into Hilbert College’s BS in Business Management.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary business theory and practice as related to functional areas.
Communicate effectively using language specific to business and audience appropriate, with written and verbal sophistication and multimedia presentations.
Apply principles of leadership and teamwork in business practices.
Develop ethical decision-making skills.
Implement critical thinking and appropriate technological/research skills in problem solving and decision making.
